French IIDA World Cup : French riders dominated Inline Cross Results / Overall ranking winner keep the lead in Time Trial

The First IIDA World Cup stage took place from 8th to 10th May 2015 in La Bouille – France.

This Small french touristic village close to “La Seine” River hosted the Show Bouill’en Roller Skate Festival which also included artistic, freestyle and hockey show all along the week-end.

Five different countries took part to the IIDA World Cup : France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Australia.

Time Trial

In the men competition, Italian Angelo Vecchi dominated the competition with an impressive 2,04,089. Etienne Herreros took the second place hald a second behind and swiss Christian Montavon took the third place.


In the women competition, Annalenna Rettenberger won the competition one second before the surprising french girl Emilie Boutillot who get the second place with a one second gap from World Champion Annalenna. For here first competition, Emilie showed great skills in downhill and it’s great to see new talent joining our IIDA Event. Martina Pacciolla get the third place and complete the IIDA Time Trial Women podium.


Inline Cross

Strategy was very important in that downhill track and the art of drafting at the good moment was compulsory to get the title.

In the women Inline Cross, French Emilie Boutillot get its first victory in competition in front of Annalenna Rettenberger and Martina Paciolla.


In the men competition, we had for the first time a 6-men heat due to the size of the track.
Here is the list of the 6 riders qualified for the final : Victor Veduta, Karim Mallis and Etienne Herreros from France / Angelo Vecchi and Lello Amore from Italy and Swiss Christian Montavon.

The fight for the win was very tight and 3 riders arrived in the first raw on the finish line.


Finally French Karim Mallis get the first place in front of Christian Montavon and Etienne Herreros.


This stage was also the 2015 French Championship. Karim Mallis became French Champion in front of Etienne Herreros and young Victor Veduta.

Next stage is scheduled in one month in Cisterna d’Asti (Italy) for the Inline Downhill FIRS World Championship.
